I despise textbooks that have no references in the chapters ...

I despise textbooks that have no references in the chapters or listed at the end of the book. McGrawHill rips off students with the packages they force on campus bookstores. No reputable publisher should offer textbooks without references or some list of sources where the authors obtained their information. Forcing students to purchase on line packages, when there are free on line books seems psychopathic corporate practice.
